Hello fellow Brummies :)
I am hosting a charity event for those suffering with Depression, Eating Disorders, Self-Injury and those with suicidal thoughts, especially amoungst young people.
I’m trying to reduce the stigma surrounding these topics so people are able to talk about it more openly and challenge the stereotypes of those suffering with mental health issues and in the process, raise money for an organisation close to my heart called To Write Love On Her Arms who help those suffering with these issues and also close friends and family who’s lives are also affected.
Just grab a train or bus to Four Oaks!
If you are getting the train from Birmingham New Street, you want the train which goes to Lichfield Trent Valley or City (Usually departing from platform 8A)
There will be signs (or Arrows) directing you to the community centre!
